Beds were comfortable. No fee for pet.
Check in was clumsy and unbecoming. Rooms were dated and needed repairs. Breakfast was practically non-existent. Prices were up and quality of experience was down. Beds were comfortable.
Acceptable for one night stay
Nothing. The hotel did not show my booking by bookings.com. the front desk did not help me sort it out, until my elderly mother went in and got upset. She should have offered Information that bookings.com would help us, helped us find a room at another la quinta or another option. It was 9pm on a holiday weekend and I was basically told too bad- with my mother and kids

We had no towels, and when we asked we were given small pool towels.
Bed was really nice.
Bookings.com overbooked the Queen bed rooms but staff called and we shared and slept in a King. It was fine overall but some customers may not be as flexible. an extra towel or 2 in bathroom would be nice
The staff was really great. Zach was at the desk when we checked in and he was there in the morning as well. He was super helpful as I needed to borrow some tape and scissors (to wrap my daughter's birthday presents). Also, any questions I had he kindly answered.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The wall above one of the beds had a smear of something on it.

This was a terrible experience,have stayed in your hotels before,this one was dirty food cooked in microwave was still in it ,that means no one cleaned it at all,with covid made it worse ,went out and bought cleaning supplies,yes thy switched rooms but at that point the seed was planted.
Also went down early for breakfast didn't see food,went back to room came back hour later ,finally saw staff and was told food behind counter ,why wasn't this told to me upon arrival ,there was a nicer hotel next door,Very disappointed with the entire experience.wont return and definitely post my experience .I liked nothing NOTHING
