Location. And I thought the price, however......

Edge of shower had white gunk on it, found dirty sock on bathroom floor, looked like black specks of grease on wall at the sink, trash peaking out from under bed, and the comforter was dirty.

The accommodation of the staff very helpful
Negatives:
Beds need be more comfortable,,appliances need to be upgraded they were old and you can tell. There were roaches not many but a few.
