Negatives:
Only one elevator was in operation took too long to get to ice machine and return baggage cart. Also entryway doors to reception were inconvenient to wait at in the cold as the line to check in was long all outdoors was in constant circulation in the reception area. Also no microwave in the room. Had to travel back to reception area to heat late dinner. Elevator had cheap materials on the floor and had been vandalized with dim lighting.

Great hotel staff and it was a clean hotel!! It’s conveniently located off the high which makes it easy for us to get in and out of the hotel.
Negatives:
Breakfast was not complimentary and we had to order for them to prepare it for us. That means more time planning to come down early and have breakfast.

I was on the 6th floor. There was alot of noise, people running up and down the hallway. This is the second time I have been to this hotel , and it was not a great experience this time. I actually want my money back.
