Staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful! Shuttle to Ohare was perfect! Very quick and dropped us off right where we needed to be! So nice to know our car is covered and safe until we return.

Negatives:
I informed the front desk clerk of an issue with the water runnig cold from the sink in my room. She told me that she would send maintenance up but that never happened. There was also a group of noisy kids playing in the hall next to my room and an extremely strong stench of Marijuana coming from a room nearby as well.
