It was nice. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast staff were very nice.
Negatives:
Having drinks in the lobby at a table in the back and the bartender, whom we never saw at the bar, came over and told us to pour out our drinks and buy them from her! Ummm…no! Didn’t ask just said that is what we needed to do. Also, when I checked in I was told I had bought the breakfast package with my rooms(2), Booking.com reservation confirmed that. Then I get a bill for $112 for 4 breakfasts!!!!

The location was good for the activities I was attending. Also within an hour drive of Ohare Airport.
Negatives:
The room was not cleaned adequately prior to my arrival. There was dried urine on the toilet seat when I walked in. There was a dipping sauce left in the fridge from a previous guest. The television speakers are beginning to fail and the fridge doesn't get cold at all. Hopefully these things are improved before the hotel takes a turn for the worse.

False advertising! All ads we saw for this hotel said it had a restaurant and bar on site which it had neither. That was the reason we picked it so we could relax right where we were. The room was crowded and tiny. The sink vanity was tiny. Disappointed!
