Positives: Nothing never got to stay. Had an email saying I could check in between 5am and 6am and was treated terribly.
Negatives: The rudeness of Soham. Shouldn't of let us book if going to tell us no rooms.

Negatives: hotel was not very clean, no ice machines, room provided a kitchen but had no dishes, room was not clean.
Our stay was short and...
Negatives: The handle on entry door was not working correctly, it was a miracle that I got in my room. The fridge was broken. Why do the put the air conditioner/heater right next to the bed. I won't be using this chain anymore.

Negatives: The guy at night is bad just talk on his phone phone even when people are trying to check in
Positives: The location was convenient
Negatives: The first room we were given, the bed looked like it had been used. The pillows were all crumpled and the bed cover had multiple large, visible stains. We requested another room and found that room to have stains on the bed as well. There was trash left in the bathroom and the towels were visibly stained and worn.
Unclean and disturbing.
Positives: I liked the location of the place, it was near a lot of shoping centers and had a parking lot.
Negatives: I did not like the staff. I came and TV was not working I told front desk 3 times and no one cared, my room was a king none smoking and every day all i smelt was cigarettes, i complained and staff tells me people smoke in the area of my room and staff did nothing to help with my complaints, I asked for cooking supplies i get a pot and spactuala and 2 dishes, breakfast provided was bad coffee and packaged muffins in the corner by the entrance, wifi was terrible would disconnect and it took 8+ hours to charge a simple phone not to mention a laptop, i kept getting locked out my room when i leave and have to ask front desk to give me access again. Then my room got canceled because staff was careless and had to rebook and i had to pay money again for my rebook and moved rooms cuz my room was bad, after rebooking the front desk lady avoided me the rest of my stay. Second room was just as bad, bathtub was beyond nasty, no one cleans it and still had the scent of cigarettes. It just wasn't a good stay would not recommend or be booking at this location again.
Positives: The price was reasonable, compared to other nearby hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives: The hotel is well used and it shows. The windowpane in my room was cracked and had been just taped over. There were stains in the bathroom on the grout, pink mildew. I needed a place to stay overnight; it did okay, but I probably will pick another place next time. Also, they removed all the cookware/utensils due to COVID, but I didn’t see it mentioned in the listing, would have been nice to know beforehand.
