I wasn’t aware that it was a grab and go breakfast! So my options were limited! The coffee was OK! Walking into the hotel lobby upon check-in had such an inviting sent which had me thinking I was going to enjoy my stay as well as the staff on that night.

Well, from the time I checked in to the time I checked out I had a very horrible experience. I just cringe at the fact that I have to keep repeating this same story! The staff checked us in which was ok. Before we can even get up to the room my daughter and I was waiting on the elevator… as we trying to get off once we reach the second floor, A man with a oversize pitbull was trying to enter the elevator as we’re trying to exit. The reeking smell of Marijuana was so loud it made us cough and gag instantly! The dog was so aggressive The owner could barely control him! My daughter and I both were scared to death. I reported it to the staff immediately! As we enter the room to get unpacked and settled in, it’s hair everywhere. I wasn’t for sure if it was dog hair, cat hair, or human hair! The shower had gnats and hair all in the shower curtain. The toilet was nasty. The bed was broke. So I Ask the front desk if I could change rooms if someone could clean it! I was told that they were completely booked supposedly. He offered to change my room to another floor and in his own words, he stated the third floor is much better and he apologize for the inconvenience. Cool! I leave to go run a few errands before we switch the rooms because I was already downstairs at the front desk. I specifically asked the staff member If it was OK to wait until I come back To switch out rooms! He said That was totally fine! I returned to the hotel may be a couple hours later and informed the same staff member that I was back and that I was going to switch out rooms and bring him back the key for the old room. Once again, he said OK no problem. You’re OK. You’re good. Only for me to go back to my room.. My key don’t work! I tried it twice still didn’t work! As I’m turning away to go back downstairs to alert the staff member that my card didn’t work A guy open the door! I was so startled, scared, and confused all in one!! As I’m looking over the guy into the room, I noticed all our stuff is
