Positives: Well designed space with a full kitchen and plenty of space. It fit our needs perfect. Wonderful shower.

Negatives: Aspects of the room are looking tired. The decor and lighting are very gray, so not terrible, but far from great. There were a couple of maintenance issues. Nothing terrible.

Positives: As a first time visitor to the US glad I came to Schaumburg and Hyatt House in particular. The location is spot on serene.

Negatives: There was nothing to dislike other then housekeeping being just a tad bit lazy in picking up the trash when asked a few times but the on site manager his prompt response to come to the room himself not that is GRADE A in my books.
