It smelled like pot every time we walked in. Our room had not been vacuumed. The bathroom had not been mopped and there were things stuck to the wall in the bathroom and the main room. The front desk staff appreciated me letting them know....twice but no one took care of anything in our 2 night stay. Also they don't have bath mats and don't give you enough towels to put one on the floor so you don't slip getting out of the shower.

Hotel was kind of ghetto but it had everything I needed and food is available across the parking lot. Very familiar with the area, it's a decent neighborhood. Checked in was fast and easy

Suite was nice size and had 2 bathrooms that worked well for our family. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
No towels in our room when we first checked in and front desk had a limited amount. Had to get towels every night from front desk to shower as the other wouldn't dry. Most of the towels had makeup stains and/or holes. Hallways were dirty and back stairwell smelt of smoke and had ashes on floor. For the price paid I thought it would be a better experience.

The property is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the BOS Convention Center.
Negatives:
1. Even though I had made ONE reservation online (and pre-paid), when I got to the hotel they processed it as two transactions… and since I paid my reservation via a debit/credit card, I had to pay $5 fee for each room upon arrival ($10 total)— talk about hidden fees and milking for every dollar by separating the transactions!
2. Pictures online do not represent the rooms you get. Our rooms were clearly not the “renovated” rooms. Dirty and moldy!
3. Smells like vape and weed all throughout the hallways. Shady “extended stay” tenants are mixed in with travelers. We had a very scary run-in with a person clearly mentally ill and high on something early in the A.M. as we were trying to go to the elevator.
4. Nobody was at the front desk to check us out in the morning. I tried using the phone at the desk to reach someone, but it just called the other front desk phone!
5. No breakfast.
