Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The bed was fairly comfortable.
It had a full size refridgerator.
Negatives:
Very dirty and worn down.
Stains on the carpet and dirty tub.
The staff was having some drama between them and it took 20 minutes to find an employee.
The "skunk" smell was very prominent as well.
Your website states breakfast is provided and it is not.

The girl working the front desk was working so hard and very sweet.
Negatives:
Pictures online showed the renovated entry but the rooms were VERY rough. Both beds were broken and had plywood under holding them up. Toilet wouldn’t flush and shower was hardly getting any water out of the shower head. Stains on carpet and bedding and last.. the SMELL! Cigarette smoke, weed, musty old rooms.

I do like the location is very convenient to be a base of operations in the terms of shopping, eating, and sightseeing. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I do like the idea of the kitchenette in the room for meal prepping, but my husband and I only used the fridge to store our food and drinks and used the microwave to heat up our food. Maybe next time, we can use the full kitchenette experience.
Negatives:
The only free breakfast option they offered was instant oatmeal along with coffee. The bed felt really uncomfortable, and I don't know why a budget hotel would have a decorative pillow and runner for the bed. To me, I believe those two things are just a waste of space, especially for a budget hotel.

The service was bad, the countertops were not wiped down, the bedding still had animal hair on them, the floor smelled of foul odors from animals, the bath tub was absolutely dirty, there was only left with half a toilet paper roll, the service man at the front desk struggled to find his bosses number to even request a refund.
