Positives: That I can enter room from outside

Negatives: Trash all over parking lot. No good cable tv. Suppose to have cable but can only get 6 channels. On the non smoking side u at least get 13 to 13 channels. Why does property owner not care that there is problem with cable? My new room I have bags and clothes stuffed around door and at bottom. U can see the outside when door is closed and it is freezing in room.
