Positives: Clean and cozy hotel. We were a little confused by the negative reviews, but in fact everything turned out well. We didn't see any stains on the walls or sheets. The carpet is clean, the bathroom is clean. The staff is friendly. We liked it.

Negatives: I was confused by the hotel's rule that dishes and kitchen utensils should be asked from the staff, although the room is equipped with an excellent kitchen.
