Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. 1st of all no front desk after 10pm,
the hallway on the 1st and 2nd floors with nasty with stain. (Stains all in the carpets)
The exit hallway haven’t been mopped in a while stain, spills, and trash all over.
The room 250 toilet seat is to small!
The water in the sick is nonexistent runs very slow!
I sat to check rooms 150, it was even worst!
Absolutely terrible hotel!
Side note I am sure they have a bug problem!

The hallways smell like weed and smoke, the room smell like rotten food and old cigarette smoke and it was visibly dirty. The toilet seats were dirty as well, as if it was used before the room was assigned. The lobby was unsanitary as well.

My room was nasty. The bed had hair all in it. The tub had pubic hair in it. The toilet had hair all over it. The mirrors were nasty. It looks like no one cleaned the room at all. they have no one on Knight staff and it looks like they popped the sheets and just made the bed with someone else’s personal hair and liquids in the bed.
