Sleep Inn Newberry - Crane

Negatives: Pool not fixed ( said heater was out ) , also wasn't working when we stayed in November. ( indoor pool, cold, said they had to keep cold due to County Covid rules??) Customer service lacking. Check in girl seemed new, not knowing how to let me pay cash ( I have done this before ) said manager would be in in the am.. "manager" wasn't the friendliest ( She may have been tired from working all night ?)

Negatives: No enforced quiet time. Kids running up and down hallways and stairs. Slamming doors. Dogs barking.

Negatives: I wish the fridge had a freezer and there were more drawers in the bedroom. The pool was also incredibly small and shallow. I feel that the cost was too high for what I got.

Negatives: The price would be a little lower, but its the only jic hotel in an hour radius. Was worth it to me.

Negatives: A snack area or a small restaurant serving lunch and dinner will be a great add. The pool area can be closed when not in use to save power

Negatives: I arrived at 10:51 PM. There was no one else waiting to check in yet it took over 20 minutes. When I got to my room, there were no towels at all in my room. Last, the coffee maker and cups were in the bathroom so when the toilet flushes with the lid open, water and potentially bacteria from the toilet may become aerosolized.

Negatives: The bathtub had mildew around the edges. which could be cleaned with bleach. the shower head was rusted and spewed water everywhere. beds were uncomfortable. I didnt even know they made spring mattresses anymore.

Negatives: There were a couple of things that seemed stained throughout the room. It was clean, but there were some spots on the sheets and the lampshade. Also, the ceiling in the pool room needs a little repair.
