The staff and the property are complete liars. I booked a room for my 19 year old through booking.com. My daughter arrives and was told they are not allowed to let her check in because their age requirement is 21 since there is alcohol in the hotel and that I would have to go back through booking.com for a refund. I did just that and false documents stating my daughter checked in and provided a Mastercard for incidentals is provided. She doesn’t have a Mastercard and neither do I. She had to travel an hour away to find an airbnb that doesn’t have age requirement in middle of the night. Now why would she do that if the hotel had checked her in and claims she stayed and checked out?

The staff was unhappy, disengaged and not anxious to serve.
All of our keys had to be reprogrammed after EVERY use and nobody seemed sorry it was like that.
My nearly 17 year old son was sent to he room at 10:00. We were in town for a mountain bike race and he was with one other 17 year old talking in the lobby, not making any trouble. We stayed with friends so he could visit with them.
The staff all seemed unhappy and we had to wait for someone to come to the counter everytime we went to have our key reprogrammed. We have a lot of travel this season and I'm not sure we will ever stay at a Hampton again.

The room and lobby was clean. Breakfast was good and the lady in the breakfast are was exceptional. I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful.
