I made reservations for 2 Queen beds. I got twin beds! It was our anniversary so not enough room to sleep in same bed. Also breakfast was bad. But our last two stays in Hampton has had awful breakfast

Clean, comfortable, room layout, hot water, good breakfast, loved the shampoo and conditioner and lotion, good coffee, quiet, friendly staff.
Negatives:
Horrible selection for TV channels, no sign for fitness center so I found it too late. Elevators were really loud and jerky.
