Positives:
It was close by families home. So its a easy drive back and forth.
Negatives:
Refrigerator looked old and run down, food debris and rust spots everywhere. The shower head was corroded and had mildew on it. There was strange smells throughout the hallway. Yeah it just wasn't up to par to the other extended stays that I booked throughout the country. I love extended stays, this one was just disappointing in so many ways. This just goes to show that every extended stay is not created equal I have to be more careful next time and it's sad that I have to think that way.

Crusty filthy faucets, heavily dripping shower head, no shower curtain, dirty kitchenette counter, dust on all furniture, dried leaves in the bedding, floor not swept or mopped, unattractive hallways look like a crime movie. And worst of all, my service dog was attacked by a raccoon alongside the parking lot! Never coming back.

The employee was not on site in the office was supposed to be open. I waited 30 minutes for him to show up and then he said I could not rent a room. He had no reason and I had booked online on he was extremely rude and would not explain why my reservation was no good.
Negatives:
The employee's bad attitude and would not tell me why my reservation was no good. He never even looked at the reservation he talked to me outside before I had a chance to come in. Once I entered he was behind the counter in the office with the door closed talking through the door and would not open the door and look at the reservation. I would like my money back and two free nights at the state extended motel of my choice. And I would like that employee fired.
