Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The room was nice and clean
Negatives:
Took 3 hrs for a wet spot to be cleaned up in the elevator. Breakfast was disappointing. Front door unlocked past 11pm, was 12:30am when we found it open. Never saw staff at desk unles someone was checking in/out. Took forever to check in, sad there is no public restroom. In one room the shower leaked into the kitchen.

Positives:
The room has a kitchen with a full size fridge, a two burner stove, and a microwave. Also a good amount of cabinet space. The laundry room is solid, and has four washers and four dryers.
Negatives:
The card readers on each end of the building are broken, so even though I was at the end of the hallway I had to enter through the front every time. The card reader on my door was hit and miss. The maintenance guy was supposed to fix it but never did.

The floors were dirty in the room. The room smelled really bad. Construction woke us up at 7 am on a Sunday giving us 3 hours of sleep. No one informed us of the construction upon checking in it that the room right next to us was under construction
