Negatives: I don't like how I got charged for them changing the bedding due to daughter(2years old) got sick. I don't like how they come inside ur room when u not there and don't leave a note or anything saying housekeeping was here. The refrigerator doesn't get cold

Negatives: The uncleanness of the room! It looked as if all they cleaned were the bedding and towels. Not the floors, not the walls, nor were the beds ever pulled out. One of the beds in my room had black mold on the mattress protector, under the bed, and on the walls of the shower room. The manager was also quite rude and of no help.
