The $100 security fee. Having to wait for them to check room before we got it back. The fee was buried in the fine print. Smells of animal in hallway. Toilet didn't flush properly. No breakfast. No coffee.
We had a reservation for another Red Roof, canceled it.

The air didn’t work in 1 our rooms and the other room @ 8am housekeeping unlocked the door without announcing themselves attempting to clean I guess before we ever checked out! Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Positives:
Staff are friendly and nice and the hotel has definitely cleaned out all the bad people from years ago. You can tell a difference. I do like mostly everything here including prices and staff and the cleaning somewhat when the right people are doing it.
Negatives:
I dont like how when booking with them or a third party that your card is charged multiple times and they seem to have no clue in which they do have acces to that. I dont like how when I do get service that the last couple times, nothing was different

Everything is good here. Nothing like it was years ago thank goodness. The new staff and new management are real nice and friendly and they work with you and try to find solutions to any problem that you might have. The rates are the best and affordable

Nothing that I dislike, only things really are their needs to be more hygiene products in the rooms especially if their is more than one person one roll of toilet paper will fit 3 people& shampoo, soap & Towels without holes needs addressed & Bigger ones
