We requested for a non-smoking room. The first room that we were allotted had very strong smell of smoking and had multiple burn marks on the sheets. The second room that we were allotted also had smell of smoke but slightly less. The front desk person told us that people continue to smoke in the non-smoking rooms and they could not do anything about it.
At night, shady characters were present in the parking lot until late night. This made us very uncomfortable. We will not stay here ever again.
The body wash in the bathroom did not squirt out the soap. Overall pretty dismal stay.

Positives:
The pool was nice it was the reason we were going to a hotel! The pool was clean and well maintained it was clear clean water and didn’t smell like straight chemicals and burn your eyes! And the room was clean and decent looking furniture
Negatives:
The air conditioning in the room was messed up and going in and out barely blowing and the guy at the front desk when I checked in put me in an upstairs room and I didn’t know it was upstairs so I came back and ask for a room downstairs he told me that he couldn’t which rooms because it was no rooms left I when I seen 3 empty rooms on the 1st floor that nobody was in. I had 2 kids that were 7-8 years old and they brought scooters and outdoor toys to be able to play outside and it would be easier to watch them and carrying a family of 4 stuff upstairs and I sent my husband to get towels because we were there all weekend and they didn’t want to give us any towels went down and asked for towels and they gave us 1 towels for 4 people! But the room was clean but the phone charger outlets didn’t work.
