Positives:
Close enough to activity but not as expensive as the hotels near it. Exactly what I was looking for.
Negatives:
It needs a rehab BADLY. There is water damage to the ceiling above the shower head. The floors do not dry well. The washing machine in the laundry was not working. The drainage in the parking area is poor. Water accumulates very quickly.
