The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were missing a mini fridge and microwave when we checked in, but the staff was quick and kind to get one put in the room.
Negatives:
The room was nothing like it was pictured online. The building was undergoing renovations, which is one thing, but our room was probably one of the worst I've ever stayed in. There wasn't anything in the room that wasn't dirty, broken, or missing. We had dirty towels, broken lampshades, and curtains; the floor was filthy, and the jacuzzi had clumps of hair stuck in it. The floor was unfinished, and the trimming was held together with painter's tape. The toilet was broken. Luckily my husband is a handyman by trade so was able to fix this. The shower took 15min to warm up. It did not make for a comfortable stay.
