With two of the four elevators non-operable, made it very difficult to want to leave the hotel room and get around because of the long wait times. At one point there was only one working elevator and that took even longer.

Was told we could not check in until 4. When we got there, it was a total s--t show! Parking was a joke. Only having one entrance for cars AND People is unsafe And utterly irresponsible. What about handicapped people?! Our room smelled TERRIBLE. The design of this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced.

I love ever about this location. First time staying at embassy suites ...the staff were impeccable. I loved the happy hour and the 2 free complimentary drinks. The room was spacious and clean . The entire facility was everything and more

The breakfast was very good especially omelet and made to order area. Long line to get it though. Bed restroom were very nice

The hotel was down to one working elevator for the entire hotel.The other 3 did not work. Have a hip that needs replaced next month and we were forced to walk down the stairs from floor 17 level to have our breakfast since it was a 30 minute wait for the only elevator. They did not give us any partial credit for this inconvenience.The couch part of the was very dated and smelled like smoke

The free breakfast was really good with an omelette station. The location was perfect for walking to all restaurants and Lucas Oil Stadium.
Negatives:
Make sure you pay for your parking when leaving other than adding it to your room charge. If you pay when leaving, you only pay for the actual time. If you add cost to your room they charge per day whether or not it was a full 24 hrs. Example: we paid $56 when leaving garage apposed to $88 which would have been added to our room.

The front desk greeted us and was very pleasant. Although we couldn’t check in at that time (we were very early), he offered to take our bags and keep them until we returned for check in a little later. The room was very clean.
