Room was smelly. Mattress was terrible. Haven’t slept on that kind of mattress in years. Sit on it and go all the way to the springs. Rug needs to be shampooed. Socks were dirty walking on it.

The check-in was easy, and the staff was kind. My husband and I checked in pretty late (11 p.m.), and the staff was accommodating and gave us a ground room, which was nice and easy to bring our bags to.
The location was decent, not too far, and not too close to downtown Indianapolis. Plus, we barely heard any planes flying over the hotel.
The good thing is that we only stayed for 2 nights and the price was fair.
Negatives:
There was a lot. Here is the list.
1. The bed was placed upside down. The bed spring was broken, and one side was lopsided if laying down. My husband noticed that the bottom part of the bed was the side we were laying on. We ended up flipping the whole bed over to sleep on the correct side. (There were stains on the mattress, but low key didn't care cause we were tired.) After placing the bed sheet on the right side of the bed, it was still lopsided, so we ended up putting a pillow to fill in the gap.
2. There was a random fruit cup in the microwave. This justifies that the room isn't properly cleaned out. We checked the expiration date, and it was dated July 2024.
3. The first night was loud. Though we were on the first floor, people in the hallway were loud. We eventually slept through it. (It was 1 a.m. and we were pretty close to the reception. The funny thing is that they should've heard it too.)
4. There was hair in the shower.
5. There is no small bottle of shampoo, which doesn't matter because we usually bring our own.

Had no coffee cups so you had to use the thin PLASTIC water cups. Mold on the a/c unit, stains all over the carpet, had no bowls to make the oatmeal they offered for breakfast and the halls and rooms smelled of stale cigarette smoke. They suck at cleaning! The furniture is probably 20+ yrs old.
