When we sat inside to eat at bar and eatery spot on the 2nd floor no one came to our table to take our order or bring us menus so my husband approached the bartender for 2 menus and told him we would move to be on patio waited 15min no one came to take our order. We left to coaches on tavern a block away to have a drink and dinner. Customer service horrible at 2nd floor and there was 3 people working with very little people at bar or tables on Friday at 10pm.

Breakfast was good if not great. There was a good variety of food and I enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the set up of the room. The hotel itself was fine. Nice helpful people.
Negatives:
My main problem was the loud street racing down the street all night until after midnight or 1:00 am. I also was not happy with the valet parking. The online system didn’t work. I had to come down and tell the valet to bring my car around. It made me late for my meeting. The car came back smelling like smoke.

Location is perfect! Across the street is the Pacers stadium which is great to catch a game or concert when in town. The hotel is located in walking distance of various venues, restaurants, n things to do! The parking n valet is great right next door n connected to the hotel. The hotel lobby n building is stunning! Front desk service employees informative, friendly, n well dressed. The room is decorated beautifully, modern but not over the top! The room had everything you want n needed. Large kitchen area, table to eat at, appliances, silverware, just like home! The living room couch was very comfortable and large. The bathroom - one of the most updated I’ve stayed at and n amazing shower! The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Large big screen that turned so it could be watched in either room! I highly recommend the downstairs bar area great selection, prices, and bartender! I didn’t get to try the hotel restaurant I had other arrangements elsewhere, but definitely give it try next time I’m in town!
Everything from the garage, the hotel lobby, hallways, room were very clean! Highly recommend and treat yourself!

Excellent location. 20 meters from the Fieldhouse.
Nice kitchenette layout with great fridge and stovetop.
Comfortable bed.
Huge bathroom.
Very clean!!!!
Full meal breakfast with excellent coffee.
The hotel has been updated, not 40 yrs old with bad smells.
Negatives:
Cost of parking and having to go upstairs to check in. The kitchenette in the room did not have enough utensils( only one steak knife and one butter knife)

Perfect location, clean & attractive. Very nice breakfast buffet and loved the bar/lounge/terrace area; perfect for attending an event at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
