Staff, comfort, price,location

Water pressure in sink was very low

Clean, close to Interstate. Good neighborhood, Lowes, Electrical Store, Medical facilities. Good coffee in the lobby. Good Price, park by the front door of room.

There was nothing that I liked about the hotel.

The blankets on the beds were dirty and had stains on them. The shower was dirty. The tv didn't work. And the washer and dryers were broken.

This hotel had no hot water so I couldn't even take a shower, this hotel also did not return my deposit & I'm disputing that right now

Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There were cracks in the walls and ceiling. The lock on the door was broken. Check in and check out process was slow and long.

There was a foul smell of cigarettes or cigars. The room was supposed to be 100 smoke-free. the 2nd room was just a little less than the 1st.

Again similar hotel as Motel 6 Fishers on how it's run, when it comes to arbitrary rules made. Had called and informed the hotel staff there's no working phone line and they keep telling me it will be fixed. To the day I checked out, it wasn't resolved.

Drug dealers everywhere. It's bad place. Needs to be cleaned up.

I would have to say the one thing that I did not like about the hotel is that the room smelled of bleach the whole entire time it was so incredibly overpowering. The room was also incredibly small.

The room was FREEZING with no blankets, and it also STANK of some strange chemicals, it was so bad we left a day early
