hvac was not working properly in room. too hot!!
Positives:
We were in the city for a funeral and needed an easy way to move around. The location was perfect. Close to the outer loop, but also had easy access to the main streets. The room itself was far more than I expected! It was truly like a small apartment. Everything was spotless, the bed and pillows very comfy! The kitchen, sitting area, and shower were such a bonus! Don't know that we will be back in Indianapolis, but I will definitely be on the hunt for this chain again!
Negatives:
We were a bit disappointed there was no fresh brewed coffee in the evening. The room did have a Kureg with pods.

Everything was new, which made the experience extra comfortable. Our suite was very large, beds were comfortable, and we did not hear hallway or exterior noise. Kitchen was big with seating for four, equipped with minimal, but useful kitchen items for two guests. The breakfast was almost like a full buffet, well stocked with many hot or cold options.
Front desk staff was friendly.
