Positives: Unfortunately there is not much to like about this property!!!

Negatives: The room was dirty and disgusting, my kids went to sleep in the van instead!! I had crashed here only because I arrived at 1 am and was unable to get a different place! Carpets were dirty and disgusting!! Cocroaches and bugs in the sink and on the floors, mold rust and spiderwebs everywhere!! The sofa bed was eaten through by rats or mice and stank really bad. The whole room smelled very unpleasant.
