La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kokomo

Negatives: We booked last minute for the eclipse and paid 3x what the hotel should have cost (price gauging). The only toiletries put out in the room were bars of soap, a TINY shampoo and one face wipe. I had to ask for conditioner at the front desk.

Negatives: The pool was out of order. Wish I was informed when I booked also I paid online and when I came in they needed another card for a 75 dollar hold. Wasn't informed about that when room was booked

Negatives: The hot tub had hair in it. The aunt in the room the whole time of my stay. I had some crawl on me.

Negatives: They were unable to put me in a room in a quieter area. I was on the second floor and right above the lobby. You can hear everything.

Negatives: They charged me four times. And held up money so I was stranded with no gas and no food. Upon trying to talk to the management her social skills were that of a child. She kept talking over me telling me it was my bank. When in fact, they were the one that charged it. She obviously has never had any hospitality, education, and has no right being in a customer service position. I submitted to her ignorance because it would have been very uncomfortable staying there without doing so. Most of the staff look like they have math problems themselves. This hotel is nothing more than putting lipstick on a pig. I am putting pictures on the Internet of the filth in the room. White stains of I don’t know what substance on the bedskirt, mold in the corners of the bathroom and shower, hair, dirt, and filth in the cupboards, that house, the refrigerator, no microwave or conference room like they say. The photos of the rooms were obviously doctored. It is in no way shape or form worth the money they charge. It is not clean, like to review said, and the staff all look like they have a substance abuse problem.

Negatives: The only complaint is that the shower didn’t have hot water.
