Negatives:
Our toilet was broke. Had to take tank lid off to put our hand in water to pull chain to flush because the plastic pull broke. And the base of toilet was loose so toilet moved. The toilet seat moved. For $83 I would like some kind of discount back. Also we belong to AAA and AARP. Don't you guys have a discount for that? If so how do I apply it? They said when we got there we bought 3rd party so they couldn't discount for that. I wasn't happy at all. And they leave the outside doors unlocked and so the security wasn't good. I expect some kind of discount please.

The guy at check in wasn’t welcoming. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Neighbors playing loud music till about 1am. Staff did nothing. Sink on the bathroom didn’t drain.

Positives:
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel primarily because it offered an affordable option for a short duration. The availability of free parking was a definite plus, and I found the accommodations to be comfortable.
Negatives:
I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience, primarily due to the poor quality of the breakfast offered. The options were extremely limited, and the overall quality was very bad. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired, particularly in the bathrooms which were unclean and dirty. This significantly impacted my overall impression of the stay and detracted from the enjoyment of my time at the accommodation.

The location was convenient for our travel plans.
The cost was reasonable but more than it was worth.

Breakfast was minimal at best..hard boiled eggs, weak coffee and juice, mini muffins and stale bread!
First room we were given smelled like a nauseating combination of PineSol and Clorox.
There was no shower head on the pipe coming out of the wall in the tub/shower so we asked for another room. The 2nd room was very musty so we spent as little time as possible there!

Get what you pay for

nothing.. expected a better breakfast. Had to ask for replacements. Many people took stuff and they did not replenish til I asked. Should have been watching the breakfast items

I asked for an extra towel for my hair and was asked many questions like didn't i get 2 towels in room why I need another etc. First nite they gave me new towels. Second Nite They did not. I enquired. The guy at desk had attitude saying he does not have access to the supplies. I had to keep asking questions. Later that nite they brought me fresh towels.
