It was shabby, needs to be updated. The interior door didn't look unless it had the latch on. There was a 1/4" gap at the top of the door, bathroom door didn't fasten. There were dogs next door and across hall, they barked to much. Put them on a different floor.

It was shabby... the room my mother was in had a 1/2" gap at the top of door. The door didn't latch right without deadbolt and the bathroom door did not latch. The towels were stained. If you are going to allow pets, put them in another area, the dog barking was bother some. Not sure if it was water pipes or heating, but the room was loud. I understand it was low budget, but still not worth the money.
