Positives: The best part when was when we were leaving and we met a very nice front desk worker
Negatives: When we arrived, the parking lot was blocked and I had to call twice because I got disconnected. I am in a wheelchair and my husband could not find a park, nor a door to enter. The front desk had to walk around and find us after we we waited 20 minutes because she was the only worker there and a couple people came to the desk so she could not leave. I asked to speak to a manager because I specified handicap needs on my reservation and we couldn’t even get in the building, let alone did I receive a handicap friendly room. We were on the 3rd floor and my husband had to keep going to the only door he could get to in order to empty the car and his key locked him out twice. We called and asked for some extra pillows for my legs and she said she didn’t have enough pillow cases. We needed plates and utensils and so my husband went downstairs again and waited 10 minutes but no one was there. We were just looking for a simple room after our wedding until we left for our honeymoon and this was an awful end to our day. Why have a full kitchen with no utensils or ANYTHING and when the “optional amenities” are needed you can’t even find anyone to get them for you. We’ve used extended stay before and this visit made us never want to come back.

Positives: Room size was good. Having a full-size fridge was handy.
Negatives: Breakfast was nonexistent, rooms weren't particularly clean. The bed was really firm. There weren't enough pillows. The towels were kind of torture. Any decent internet was extra. The nonsmoking room had a definitely previously smoked in smell. There was only one bedside table. Apparently I don't need someplace to put my phone? :(

Positives: some of the staff were excellent , laundry room was decent..
Negatives: they over charge for pets, They don’t clean your room. They didn’t have enough towels or sheets. They don’t replenish your toilet paper. No one else that stay’s here picks up after their dogs!!! It smells like Pot on our floor at all times.
