Positives: Best part was leaving and finding a different hotel. Seriously though the lady working the front desk was nice. Isnt her fault the hotel should receive negative stars.
Negatives: Checked in and went to our room. Door was already open when we got to it. Keep in mind it is raining and a little cold. My daughter and I go in. Toliet was running and no lights work in bathroom.

Negatives: I didnt like the hotel at all there is nothing good I could say about this hotel, I had to cancel the reservation due to the hotel been so filthy.

Negatives: The staff had no towels in the room whatsoever.

Positives: It was close to where I needed to be. The two rooms were right next to each other.
Negatives: There was nasty underwear in the dresser. Smelled like smoke in one room and bleach in another. The lock on one of the doors would stick. The bottom of my feet were black from the filthy floor. I went out and bought cleaning supplies before I would let my kids use the bathroom.

Negatives: We needed a room on ground level, which we requested when reservations were made in March. There was no response to our request. When we arrived there was nothing available on ground level. We also needed double beds for our handicapped son to have his own bed. The room we got was on 2nd floor...our son has vertigo. The room smoke detector was gone...no phone...mold in the bath area...one mattress was worn to the point we slept on springs...no clock...we needed some large towels and we received two for three people. Remote for TV not operable. The windows have not been cleaned in a very long time. There was more...room 219. We will not stay at any Red Roof again. This RR was next to Roadway Inn as being the worst we stayed. Years ago we stayed here and it was good.
