Positives: paid and booked a year in advance for a double deluxe room, upon arrival they did not have the room available. substitute a smaller room and did not get a refund for the amount paid.

Positives: Very hospitable staff. We had traveled for 8 hours with a pet and knew that check in was at 3.00 pm. Dog could not wait for so long but upon request asked them if we could check in earlier and they gave us the room no questions asked.

Negatives: My original hotel booking was cancelled (by Booking.com) at the last minute and I was forced for lack of options to accept this inferior lodging at a higher cost. The facility was tired/worn and not clean. Room had stains on wall and carpets were in bad shape. From the lobby to the hallways to the room the place had a stale smell.
