Positives:
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of outlets to charge phones, tablets or computers.
Negatives:
The shower and spa tub (I had one of the suites), had almost no water pressure. I was barely able to shower. If I was going to be there more than I was, I would have had to request a different room. As it was, I was already settled in and unpacked and did not want to have to repack and have that hassle so I made do with what I had.

What I didn't like. I booked though you. I needed a room on the 1st floor. When I checked in the client said your room is on the 2nd floor there is no elevator. I asked her to change my room she informed I had to call booking.com. well once I crawled up the stairs on all fours to my room. I called you. So the next day I was moved to a room on the 1st floor. My understanding is when booking on line, you can't request a first floor room. Otherwise I liked your site, it's the first time I booked on line. I will gladly use you again. Ty
