Negatives: The bed squeaked when one of us moved. It sounded like there were motorcycles racing outside of and on during the night and we could hear our neighbors tv. In the morning when I took a shower the pipes started making a loud noise and continued to do this until I finished it.

Positives: Staff at breakfast was extremely helpful and very nice.

Negatives: My brother has Down syndrome and wears adult diapers because he is bowel incontinent. We bring plastic sheets but have always used the blankets at any hotel and have never had any issue if he had an accident. Well at this hotel he had an accident and they ended up charging me extra ($150) over the cost of the room for the soiled blanket. Will never again be staying at this hotel as a result.
