Hotel was disgusting. Mold on the ceilings. Fixtures falling off the walls. I messaged the property for a refund and was told no.

The first room we were in had mold around the air conditioner and it reeked of it. Went and told the lady up front, she sent us back in that room and we had to wait for maintenance to get there. Maintenance said he didn’t think there was mold but can clearly see how wet it was by the air conditioner and smell the mildew. He said I’ll just tell them up front to get u a different room so there’s no issues… i was very upset about that comment. Then we all walked up to the desk and the lady asked if something was wrong.. he said no the room can still be rented out, but move these people to a different room so there isn’t any issues. To say I was pissed with his smartass remarks was an understatement.
