Booking.com didn't send property our confirmation number so hitel didn't have our name or phone number listed we strod there for over an hour calling other properties when they had the reservation. It was early after 1am by the time the fiasco was solved. First time ever having issues with reservations.

Breakfast was great. Lovely lady taking care of the room. One person at the front desk was helpful… Ramona(?) …others not so much

I actually filled one of these out already…communication issue apparently. No services available. Had to repeatedly ask for towels. Every day. Staff was so put out when we asked for anything! Told us to take them upstairs ourselves. When I asked (mid week of our stay) for someone to come vacuum the room…I was told I could use the vacuum behind the desk and vacuum it myself! Kitchette was filthy. Half eaten old bagel and fruit loops all over the floor in between stove and counter-very visible. Fridge had huge dents in it. We asked for our bed to be just made up-no new linens daily. Did not happen. Had to ask again..met with sighs and eye rolls like we were the hugest pains! Was also told that the room was normally $380 a night and that we were getting a huge covid discount. I don’t believe that as I had made reservations x2 for this location-never saw a price like that.
