Positives:
This was a really nice hotel at an affordable rate and the staff were all very friendly! The main lobby is warm and inviting. Our loft-style room was super cozy and loved that it came with a full kitchen. It really felt like a home away from home. Thanks for the complimentary breakfast and free wifi! As for the amenities, I could tell ALL the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool!

Not complaining, just offering what I hope you will consider helpful feedback.
One thing I noticed that you all would really benefit from is a deep clean/deodorizing of the immediate front entrance. You want to make a great first impression and this could definitely use some love and attn.
In the room: I might also caution you that the glass wall in the shower doesn't prevent water from collecting all over the floor even when adjusting the shower head down and/or away. This could potentially open you up to some undesirable damages. Also, the front and center cover under the bathroom sink looks like it would be a door/drawer of some sort. Curiosity got the best of me so I pulled on the handle and to my surprise, the whole thing, (which is kind of heavy) came off and almost "shmashed" my foot.

The only issue was tge fire alarm going off at 6am and having to evacuate. Which we heard was a false alarm but it had happened before.
