Positives: Room was clean

Negatives: Unfriendly and indifferent staff, coffee was out and the pot that had coffee didn't work right at starting time of breakfast, could barely get waffle mix out ..had to take it apart to tilt it so mix would come out. Biscuits were cold and dry. Egg were kinda warm. Bed was way too soft. I expect more for the price they charge

Positives: The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the location was convenient.

Negatives: We reserved a room with a king but when we arrived, they moved us to a room with 2 queens. Also, the link on their website gave incorrect directions. The front desk said this had been reported by previous guests.
