Had to wait for 20 minutes to find someone to check me in. Then when I went to check in for my next reservation I had to pay a $30 early check in fee or take everything out of my room by 11am and re check in at 3 pm. Had to do that with both of my extend reservations. I was here for work at the nuclear power plants outage

Had to return to front desk for toiletries & towels. Only had 2 washcloths in the room. Breakfast was minimal. Mini muffin had been out so long it was like a hockey puck. Very few electrical outlets for tablets & phones.

Everything. They did not clean the room ever. We had to practically beg to get clean towels, toilet paper, and they were extremely rude. Never stay at this hotel! They do not care if guests have what they need and barely speak English. They lie.
