The shower had mold in it and there was dirt on the countertop. In back by the tv was a ton of dust. It just looked like it was not cleaned well at all
The room was very comfortable. Due to my husband's health, we had to spend most of our time in the room.
There was nothing in the room that gave any information about the hotel amenities. First time I have encountered that issue.

The rooms itself were nice. Having extra room is great. Slept the 4 of us well. The kitchen aspect is great. Unfortunately, a large reason why we stayed in the hotel was not available.
I am not one to come on and write negative reviews for little, small things. And overall, I think this place has a great potential. But, traveling with a group of kids, and NOT being informed that the swimming pool was not available is UNACCEPTABLE. We would have certainly chosen one of the other hotels in town. No warning or anything. In fact, we got an email the day before talking about how the pool was open and everything. Sure, it may have been an automated email, but still - unacceptable.
Not only that - the front desk person was NOT accomodating. There was no apology given, and in fact responded "We do not tell you unless you ask". We have to ASK for the swimming pool to be open? No manager on duty, at all? Seems pretty poor business if you ask me, ESPECIALLY for the large price you ask customers to pay.
There were other negative aspects, such as luke warm, and even very little breakfast, but really the pool situation is infuriating.
Room was designed nicely.
Hair in the toilet, shredded cheese in the refrigerator and the outside of the refrigerator was very streaky giving an unclean appearance. The pool was so cold it was nearly impossible to swim in as well.
Hidden fees, I will not be using booking for any hotel needs in the future.

Wish they would have informed us that the pool was closed due to maintenance. Very disappointed in the communication they have with their guests.
