I've stayed here several times and each time the staff is excellent. I also like the room design. Roomy. Comfy. And has both a table and big desk.
Negatives:
The fitness center. This hotel deserves a much better one. The equipment is as rusted as I've ever seen. The treadmill creaks and squeaks from rust. And the equipment needs a good cleaning .

Hall ways needed new wall paper & carpet in main area needed cleaned or replaced. Room too dark. Our toilet was dirty in our room.

The staff at breakfast went beyond to try and find some tea (with caffine) for me. The place was as expected. Had things we needed, kitchen, beds.

The staff is the only good thing. The room has worn out carpels. ripped sofa tears. The room has No cookware and is in general disrepair. This for the cost of $426 for 2 nights.

All aspects of our stay were great. The only disappointment was the juice machine not working for breakfast, but that problem was remedied when they had bottles of juice delivered part way through breakfast.

The staff was AMAZING! We had got caught in a major storm, the guys I was meeting for RAGBRAI, were able to get keys, I called and got checked in over the phone to have my room secured, Daryl was awesome on managing the mess that was handed to him the night of RAGBRAI!
