The location was great for what we were in town for. The staff was friendly and the room was easy on the budget.

One of the tables in our room had been chewed on by a dog and was an eyesore.

Room smelled of smoke, very strong. I bought extra air fresheners but it was difficult to breath. Window would not lock, so they had a piece of wood placed in the window. Hair dryer didn't work, I asked for another one and I was told they didn't have one. Their were large gaps around the doors so I could hear people in the hall and light came in all night.

Parking wasn’t a trouble and you were near a lot of shops and food places.

There was an odor to building, a variety of odors that were all unpleasant.

Wasn’t bad, wasn’t good.
Positives:
Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom had some minor imperfections like paint coming off the bottom of the door and the mirror was scratched but it didn't impact our stay. It was fairly quiet. This location allows dogs and there was one near us but other than the occasional bark it was not noticeable.
Negatives:
I wasn't aware smoking was allowed in the rooms. You could smell it walking down the hallway. Breakfast is worthless but we didnt stay for the food.
