Positives: Nothing stood out as particularly good vs. other hotels in the area

Negatives: This hotel put a $75 security deposit on my card, but instead of refunding it as they are supposed to, they added it to my total bill. They then ignored my messages asking for a refund of that security deposit. I stayed there twice in August (six days apart), and they did this both times. So, to say the least, those were the last times I will ever stay at this hotel, and I will definitely spread the word about its unethical business practices.

Negatives: Staff is always rude to us, they always conviently have a pool problem when they see black people. I believe they are racist they shown us everytiwm we used their facility. I'll never stay here or recommend anyone else again.

Positives: Pros: the girl working the front desk was super sweet, helpful, and informative. It was an economical stay and close to where we needed to be.

Negatives: This hotel is filthy. Even the light switches are dirty. The hallway hadn't been vacuumed, the room was dusty and dirty, the pool was dirty. Even our sheets were put on incorrectly. The whole place just felt grimy. Breakfast wasn't great and had no one monitoring it, so pancakes ran out and stayed ran out. I saw almost no employees during our stay. Also the security door didn't latch properly so it wasn't always locked making the building insecure.
