Not sure I’ve ever given a 10 star review before but our stay at this hotel was faultless. Plenty of parking, nice area to walk around. Inside the hotel the great room area is nice to sit in at any time. We enjoyed social hour on arrival. Breakfast was excellent. Good pool and outdoor facilities. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Staff are exceptional.

The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Bathroom was filthy. Small mold spots on the shower tiles and the floor was sticky. Small mold spots in the refrigerator. Cable TV only worked on some stations offered, others like History, Discovery and Fox News were scrambled and unwatchable. Receptionist was uncaring, the Asst. Gen. Mgr. with the tongue piercing said the cable was that way in the entire building, and she would "try" to call the cable company. They couldn't move us to another room because they were "full". Worst place we have ever stayed in our 40 years of traveling.

The hotels was clean, everyone was nice.! Pool and jacuzzi was nice, kids loved it.! Love how u have an area to sit outside with family and talk.! Love how u have board games for families to play! Absolutely loved breakfast and all the different varieties of food you offered.! I happen to stay on a day you did social hour and I loved it. I love how the rooms are, with the kitchen areas, and all the things in the kitchen!
Negatives:
Only thing I can say I didn’t like was that it smelled like dog poop at the front entrance, when I checked in but when I checked out the smell was gone.!

The property location to the TBK Complex and attractions nearby were fantastic. The parking lot seemed safe and plenty. I also liked the layout of the hotel, outdoor areas and where the pool was located. The maintenance gentleman walking around was hustling and so patient when our 2 year old wanted to walk in his lane.
Negatives:
Booking through a 3rd party didn’t make our travel adjustments easy to accomplish. The pool was freezing. Breakfast was included but didn’t start until 7:30, which made it unavailable to our coaches who had to be at the field by 7:15. Furthermore, the carpet area was filthy. The filthy carpet space and frequent viewing of spiders indoors made a mom of two feel uneasy.

Dining room/breakfast provided actual "dishwasherable" (non-disposable) flatware, crockery.
Our room was huge, hygiene produts were simply pump-bottles instead of individual uses.
Negatives:
We'd asked for a quiet room, away from the elevators, but there was still plenty of echoing vioces in the hallway and doors that slammed.
This is a pet-friendly place, but when we walked into the room, there was this cleaning product scent (perhaps because the kitchenette is right there) that was a little too perfume-y as though it had to cover up odors a lot.

The master bedroom at suite 403 has a loud noise when the A/C is on. Impossible to sleep, it made my nights miserable. Sofa was very dirty. The young blond Desk attendant was not polite, she was not able to give us the info that we need and I even couldn’t understand her well because she speaks so fast. Even my husband that is American he couldn’t understand her well. Very disappointed. Plus we want to pay in cash (which was possible according that girl) in the end if our stay and the day of checkout we couldn’t. Elevator sucks, only one for staff and guests. Super slow!
