Positives:
Nothing since the beginning they told me that if they found hair on the bed they would charge me for my pets. The staff was very curt and somewhat rude.
Negatives:
They are not really pet friendly. They charged me an extra $820 for bringing my dogs and then the deposit of $820 for my pets.

I wouldn’t stay here again,...
Positives:
Rooms were clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. Also, the indoor pool, while somewhat small, was also quite clean. Staff was helpful.
Negatives:
The room's air-conditioning was not functioning optimally. It never got to a point where I needed to call the front desk, but it didn't blow as cold as it should have either.

Okay room, poor hotel policies...
Positives:
Staff were great. Very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the only bad part of our stay over the 3 days. Very weak display of items. Minimal amount of fruit and items for weight loss people. Only 1 waffle maker, long waits for this use. Coffee was inadequate. Very very weak. Like drinking brown water. Limited cereals also. I know costs drive the amounts of items, but not good based on nightly room rates charged.

Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. The breakfast hostess was pleasant and eager to please.
Negatives:
Our experience was what we expected from a Quality Inn. We thought the price was high but hotel prices at all hotels in Dubuque were high for that night. The Quality Inn price was better than most.
