Location was easy to get to. Located in a nice quiet area. Hot breakfast. Comfortable bed. The person that checked us in was excellent! She was friendly, helpful, outgoing, and very accommodating.
Negatives:
Unfortunately the room we had, someone had smoked in pretty heavily. It took until the day we were leaving to get the smell to go away completely. Bathroom door did not latch, and the latch for the room door was coming off of the door itself.

This place is not family friendly as advertised. The hottub has been broken for at least a year( personally know). The staff make you very uncomfortable. Either they are just micromanaging or they are racist. Either way it's just ridiculous. Cool if you are a worker in the area and just need a quiet bed. Not good if you are traveling with family looking to enjoy the amenities. Don't allow food in the pool area unless you rent the room but the sign only says all food must stay on the tables. I ended up just taking the kids home. Bad storm came at 630 . Pool closed for the rest of the night. These people select who to be friendly to.

Great location near softball fields we were playing at for the weekend.

Our room didn’t have a smoke detector they said would fix it but unfortunately never did. Our floor was sticky. The pull out bed was broken on the bottom and we had to hold up with the trash cans plus had exposed springs on one side. Also breakfast was just okay. Not a lot of options.

Nice area, friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Well room booked was on second floor which stunk whole floor and room smelt just as bad. Grand daughter sprayed perfume to help but with the weather hot and humid couldn't leave window open so they did move us to the third floor and that was much better. Hot tub was broke and had been for a while cuz green slime was showing in small amount of water left and boarded around. Came from Michigan had a 6 hour drive for a funeral expected to relax in a hot tub due to a 6 hour trip home the next day. This room was booked with a no cancellation for four adults had medical issues and still had 4 people but 2 kids 14 years old instead. Called to advise of the change to the motel and asked if their was a price difference for kids not adults and advised no their wasn't, but not one word and nothing posted that the hot tub was not working. So when we arrived and had issues I was definitely not happy. I could have stayed close to Walcott but reviews and no pool or hot tub was why I chose to drive further and spent more. It appears they are trying to make improvements.

Very clean with a warm reception. A very inviting indoor pool just off the reception area. Room was ready on time and the Front of house staff was very accommodating. Good breakfast in the AM. The location is not far off I-80 and is conveniently located to restaurants, gas stations. Grocery, car wash etc. highly recommend this property
