This hotel left an extremely bad impression on me and I must hereby raise questions.
First, I made a reservation and paid on booking.com, and clearly marked three people. However, when I arrived at the store, the front desk told me that because there were three people, I had to pay an additional $10. I told her that I had marked three people on the booking.com. , her reply was that the website did not notify the store. I told her that it was not my problem, and she agreed. I told her that it was the website's problem, and she agreed. I asked her if I have to pay for other people's mistakes, and she Said yes so I had to pay the $10.
So I would like to ask the following question: What is the probability that I will encounter temporary price changes on the booking.com, or at the Super 8 Hotel Group, or at this hotel? Beware of temporary price changes...
Negatives:
One night stay, room dirty. Stains on walls, holes in bedding, mildew in bathroom. Room needs updating. TV didnt work, to be fair, we didnt ask for help, but went to bed. Breakfast, tbh, inedible. Cheap.
